Recently my Trident has been acting up. Let’s say within the last couple of days I have been getting some crazy readings. Yesterday I got a test a fail which eventually corrected itself I think and now I have a test b fail. I ran through the known issues with no luck so far. The one thing I did notice though is my indicator light is now bluish white all the time. No more orange light when sitting idle. I did the reboot and still the same. Has anyone had this issue with the led light. Not sure if it is connected with the test b failure but that’s when I started getting these failures. No kinks in any lines either. And like I said, the other #’s are not what they use to be. Before I open a ticket has anyone experienced any of this and if so what did you do to correct.

I would try an initialize - restart trident

Then if you have some fluid, follow that up with a calibration.

Then run a combined test.

If that doesn't work, I would email support.

Copy. Just to confirm do the initial Trident setup from the task menu? why is my indicator light stuck on blue. Could that be part of the problem? I no longer have an orange standby light

The manuals aren't what they used to be. The only thing they say about blue light is that it means the trident is not initialized. Hopefully after doing the initialization process again (this takes like 10 minutes) it will turn orange and you can then prime the lines and run a combined test.

So I opened a ticket up and got a response from Neptune. They said it looks and sounds like my curette may have overflowed onto the circuit board. Don’t know how that happened but it needs to go in. They offered me 2 options. A cross shipment or get an RMA and send mine in. Waiting to see their response as far as cost. This unit was purchased in Mar of 21. Hopefully they come through. So far they have been on point with everything.
