The hose at 2 o'clock (upper right) is disconnnected. Just remove the cover and reconnect it.
To remove the cover:
Unscrew the rubber feet (don't pull the feet off, they are the screw heads, so just grab the rubber feet and turn them)
Pull the sides of the top away from the base then lift up on the top (there are 4 tabs that hold it to the base)
If you are mechanically inclined, I would recommend taking the valves out, wiping them down then reassembling. If you don't do this the reagent can cause the valves to get sticky and not work correctly.
To take out the valves, you just slide out the tubing in the front, remove the orange back part then you pull the valves out through the back. Take lots of pics while you do it so it is easy to reassemble.
It is really a simple machine.
