I want to add a redundant back up in the advanced configuration so my trident wont dose more if it has reached the target measurement

ie. if alk is 8.5 then off dos and if alk is 8.4 then turn on dos

but if the auto trident control will do this job based on test results then please let me know thank you!

If that is possible, I would like to know also. I have just started using the Trident and "kind of" accomplished the same thing by altering my normal per day dosing. If you watch what it tells you when you run the Trident dosing task, it gives you a range of numbers that, if within that range, it will continue to use controlled dosing. If it is outside that range, it gives control back to the Dos to manage the dosing, and reverts back to the number that you said you need to use per day to maintain your levels. I just ran the Trident dosing task again, and lowered my "per day" amounts which kind of balances everything out. The issues with what you are trying to do is that, unless you are testing every 10 minutes throughout the day, the Trident will not know how much to add once your ALK slightly changes. Just a disclaimer....I could be wroing about all of this. I am still learning this thing also

Following along as I have hide my Trident running for a few days now and will look into controlled dosing once I run it through calibration and give it another couple of weeks.
