Trident Module Missing

I have been having an issue with my Trident over the last few days where after a test the module will show missing. I can still send send request for tests and all tests will run but will not show on the dashboard. If I unplug the 1link cable and reinstall then it will show connected until one of the next couple tests run. Not sure if anyone else has run into this. Thank you for your help.

It sounds like either a bad 1Link cable, a bad 1Link port, or a Trident hardware problem. Your best bet is to contact Neptune Support to open a ticket:
