Trident- No water sample- but getting water

So all of a sudden my trident is saying "no water sample" however I can clearly see the vial filling and emptying...any ideas? I checked the lines and no clogs

Unplug and plug back in to see if a reboot does anything to fix it.

Restarted it about a dozen times, opened it up and went through things and primed like 10 times. Started working again *shrug*
