I know I've seen some posts about this before. But can't find any at the moment.
I am trying to set up my Trident and keep getting the " no water sample" error.
I have worked thru trouble shoot and sample line is clear. I can purge air thru line to the sump and pull water thru to the Trident so I know the line (black) is clear.
No water in bottom of drawer and everything looks good in the back. (As far as I know) i sent in a ticket but thought I would check with you guys before giving up for the night.
Also, how do I shut it down to wait for support?
