trident not testing

Ok, I decided to set up a frag tank. I cleaned up my trident and put it back on line, decided I want it to test the Alk Ca Mag 6 times a day. For some unknown reason it's not testing during those times. I did the whole ( reset - restart - clock / date setup ) thingy

Can someone chime in - a little confused as to what I'm doing wrong.

I just went into setting and picked out the testing schedule option to 6x per day

I’ll have a peek at Fusion when I get home. Have you run a manual test to confirm everything is running? I just had a quick peek and you should be able to revise the schedule option to 6x by simply clicking on the gear icon of the Trident window and updating the schedule.

Update. Had to open up a service ticket with Neptune

Neptune replied back stating they need access to my Apex Neptune. I went ahead and gave them permission to access my account.
we'll see what happens next .. always my luck that some sort of equipment has to break down during the holidays

Neptune takes an eternity to reply. Are they closed this week or something.
