Trident purple film (picture)

I was looking at my trident today and noticed that a build up of purple film is growing on the inside of the testing chamber. Has anyone else seen this on there trident? Is this normal? Is there away to clean it?.

You an see in the picture half way up the chamber is the film.

Have you sent in a ticket to ask?

Yea I was going to open a support ticket but just want to see if anyone else has seen this on there’s.

Fair enough. I was just wondering. They are usually quick to respond. I've personally not looked at mine although during the Feb 20th live stream they said a couple people with issues was traced to small debris in theirs. Judging by the sample line size I would have expected it to clog first but I guess a few ended up having some stuff in theirs.

Other than that I've not read a thread here anyway. Another suggestion if not is head over to Neptune's forums and search there. I've not had a chance to do that yet so can't help much there. Just a thought though but you may have already done so

I am doing the standard four and two times a day. I just got it about a month ago still on the first bottles of calcium and magnesium fluid. I just opened a support ticket with Neptune

Try priming everything. That might clear it out .
