trident reading bad ca range

so i look at my test reading from my trident and it reads bad ca range it tested last night and reading showed 238 but when i used my hanna test kit it reads 453 mag and alk tested fine i looked it up and it says that ca is below range but that is not the case according to my hanna test kit it might be off but dont think it will be that off by nearly half what do i do any help will be appreciated

How many times are you testing the Cal and Mag? Sometimes it can get a bad ready and then straightens up on the next test. Head pressure of the supply line and the amount of reagent can effect it as well.

It tested one time for ca then after that didn’t test anymore now it tested cal at 283 but compared to my Hanna checker it’s wAy off wasn’t like that before unit is only a couple of days old it’s weird
