trident readings

Is anyone else out there getting wrong readings from their Trident. Over the last week , my readings are all over the place.
First my Ca reading is 0 ( a few days later i guess it corrected itself ) my reading now is 500.
Then my Alk reading is at 6.5 did a calibration test with the white bottle that came with the replacement reagent, all went well and i was getting proper readings. A few hour passes by and we're back with crazy numbers again.

i replaced all the reagents with a new batch i ordered from BRS and still having the same outcome .. could it be my unit or is this a very large bad batch Neptune Apex is putting out .

Man that stinks. Try calling again. I called 3x last week and each time had less than a 3 min wait. The support there is fantastic.
