I designed and printed this needle guide for trident reagent. it'll keep your needle straight up and down and you won't have that high calcium problem anymore. It has been tested by myself and a friend.

Apex Trident Problems - Readings skyrocket when reagents low?

Anyone else having issues with their Trident? Readings skyrocket and go wonky when reagents under 20-25% full, especially calcium (normally 435). I asked Apex a few months ago about this. They had no answer but were aware of the problem. Pretty frustrating. I'll have to call Apex again...
