Trident-Test A Fail

Possibly. Check your sample line (black) to ensure it's not dragging on the bottom, floating to the top or possibly getting repositioned by the flow. I'd also check your reagent A bottle to ensure the hose to the Trident isn't kinked.

Checked. Black line is fine and no kink in hose. It's weird cause it only does it to test A

I assume there's enough reagent? Sometimes the metal pipe gets knocked to the sides and it doesn't syphon properly. As suggested, there's a good video on Trident maintenance on YouTube.

Def. Take cover off. I had same issues with Test b fail. Turns out the hose attached to little star fitting inside came out and was leaking. Also once this happened I got another error message after with my Test B being out of range. Turns out the Test B fail that leaked, leaked into the pinch valve of the B section which “gummed” up the valve. Little rubbing alcohol on a a-tip to clean it and all fixed. Neptune was also very helpful with my issue.
Here’s the list of errors and possible fixes

Also if you haven't send in a ticket tomorrow morning over coffee, tea, or whatever vice you may choose :) That is if you haven't already. They get back to you pretty quick.

I had a similar issue once. I disconnected the black sample line rinsed it, and then made sure I could blow air through it. Mine was clogged up. I have a bunch of tiny white dots about the size of a pinhead. Spirobid worms. Anyway one actually was in the sample line and causing my issues. Rolled it around my fingers and was able to clear it out.

Anyway that and the manifold is a good place to check. I've also checked the reagent caps for kinks.

A good way to clear out the black line if clogged is to lay it flat on a hard surface and take a piece of pvc pipe. Roll the pipe
over the line from one end to the other to literally squeeze or break anything out of the line. Then take a syringe and squirt water into to ensure it is clear.
