Trident-Test A Fail

I intermittently get a "Test A Fail" lately. Maybe 2-3 times a week. Any idea what could cause this?

Had this issue. Did two things. Removed the feed tubing, too a syringe from salifert calcium reagent stuck on a 5ml syringe and pushed bunch of water through it. Huge Clog came out, then water flowed freely. Then I opened the trident up completely and removed the tape on the top of the corvette and cleaned it out with multiple q-tips until it was super clean, it was really dirty inside with reagent. Ran a calibration based on my water. There are also videos on how to troubleshoot the whole system. You could have a kink in the line of where the reagent gets pulled from, or a hole in the line. I basically did calibration with my trident being opened in a dark room so I was watching it work to see if any bubbles would get though. Fixed everything.

I used a syringe and flushed the feed line. No clogs.
