Trident

Yes you made a good choice. After a few weeks of using it you will wonder how you could ever go back to manual testing.

I will be putting the trident on all my tanks. Manual testing is old school now. ;)

I love having mine and it helps me keep an eye on things since I am away from my tank. Always keep in mind with this is that you should still do manual test every so often so you can make sure the trident is working right.

Once I hit that buy button I started thinking twice about it. I have no regrets with buying it after I got it setup and calibrated.

I just ordered one the other day too. I also have a Reefbot that I’ve only had running for a week. I’m self admitted super lazy and hate testing. So I’m letting the machines take over. Skynet runs my life now. Reefbot is working great testing nitrite/nitrate, phos, and ammonia. But it can only hold so many tests, so instead of having to swap out tests, I just got the Trident to test the big 3.

There’s not really a point in testing ammonia and nitrite though.

Yes I was on the fence about getting one for awhile and finally pulled the trigger. Installed a couple weeks ago and now I will always have to have one.
