Trigger platinum sump roller problems

Having problems with my roller not rolling on its own. I’m having to manually hit the button to roll. The sensors on both ends of the sump are clean enough not to have a problem. Was hoping someone has some knowledge or know what to try and fix.

@shoelaceike, I faced the same issue, ended up cutting it to the correct length and dry fitting it a few times to get it just right and eliminate the stress on the over-flow/bulkhead location. Ya i had to cut it as well but it still needs to lean forward to get into the bulkhead....at least...
