Trigger sump custom sock / cup holder

I tried Trigger's website but there's no contact info for them. Trying to find out a way to get a custom sock / cup holder made. The plate that comes with the sump had slightly oval holes. I'm using round cups so there's a gap on each side that allows water / waste to get through. Wanting to get one that has round holes that are recessed so the cups sit flush with the surface of the plate. Any ideas?

Trigger should be able to supply you with one. I have an oval, round, and drilled plate that came with my sump.

Which model do you have? I've got the Sapphire 39 that I purchased about a year and a half ago. I'm not remembering any other plate coming with it.
Also, Trigger doesn't have any contact info on their website.

I have the oval holders too. I don’t run socks at all, but when I did, you just push them firmly into the oval, they will stay there without any water bypassing the sock. I used normal circle socks.

No prob. There's a little letter that stays on the bottom right side of the screen when browsing their site. When you click it their e-mail appears.

Yeah, that's how I do it also. Just wish the cups were flexible to do that too.

Oh your cups don’t bend at all? I see. I got mine off BRS, they bend.

I have the sapphire 26 sump. I’m not too familiar with trigger sumps, but The BRS website says they all have interchangeable plates. I would hope they could hook you up with one, rather than make adjustments.
