Trigger system sump

I have a trigger system sump with two filter sock locations and another spot for my refugium. I only have a one drain system in my tank. Should I run the drain line and split it into three locations or jus run one sock and split the drain line from there to the refugium. I’m new to the sump game my last tank was a BioCube.

Does your sump first goes into a chamber then flows up and into the socks? one way to figure it out is run in the backyard on a couple of saw horses and a water hose. Thats what I did with my nano sump, some are pretty easy to figure out and others not so much.

Mine has two entrances for each filter sock and another one for the refugium.
