Does anyone have a trigger systems 5 gallon ato reservior that could get me an exact measurement on the length and width? I know it says 6X14 on multiple sellers websites but I have exactly 14” clearance and need to be sure it wasn’t rounded down. I don’t want to spend $100 and then have to go through the hassle of returning it. Thanks.

You can actually email Trigger Systems about this.

I had the same issue with one of their sumps and a skimmer fitting because they were the same size. Turns out the sump, according to them, was 13.75" wide, and not 14". They rounded up because of external dimensions fitting in stands.

It's probably the same with the ato, because I think they make everything the same width, but best to ask them directly.

Idk how large your tank it but for small tanks, I always like using hydrostatic ATO reservoirs since they have no moving parts or electronics. Here is a video of the last one I made
Essentially it works by having two tubes, one thick one cut at an angle(inner diameter of like 5mm) that goes to the water's surface and another shorter one(2mm inner diameter) this results in a vacuum inside the reservoir when the water level is correct, and an air bubble releases that vacuum when the water level drops allowing water to flow in until it resets back to a vacuum. A thing to note... always use rigid materials for this kind of reservoir, since it is going in and out of a vacuum if you use plastic or rubber they will be flexed every time water is added. Eventually, it will crack and then everything will go into the tank.

Thanks all. I found someone who has one and measured at 13 7/8 so it should just fit. Tank is a 150 gallon tall, 48” wide. The way the stand is made, I have 41” in between the supports on the sides. I have my dosing container to the left in between the supports, a 35.5” sump then the space for the ATO reservoir. There is 14” exactly between the front and back supports so this reservoir will fit in there. 5 alone is a bit small, but it’s what there is room for.
