For some reason I can't seem to properly communicate with Trigger Systems. Can anyone here tell me, or much better yet show me where these pieces are used on a Platinum sump?

I believe they are cord holders, but i could be wrong.
That's what I thought, just could not get them to answer my question. And I have asked for an Illustrated Parts Breakdown, CAD drawing, anything that shows all the pieces and how they assemble. Apparently that doesn't exist or they are not willing to share it.

They (Trigger Systems) have been trying to help me. My sump arrived with many pieces bouncing around inside the box. It has been a challenge to determine what's broken versus what was just "loose".

My primary complaint thus far is I have asked for a phone number to call, or someone call me, and they reply back with basically... "Can't we fix this via email?"

Yea I had a small issue with them just like that. I just asked them for extra inlets. Like the one I've got there in the return.

At first I wanted bigger ones. But they said those were unavailable. I didn't want to reduce it. So I thought whatever. I'll plumb it in 1 inch...

Now I got a UV problem because I did that! Ugh...

Yea i called them too now that I think about it. Email was the only way I got someone. And he wasn't timely.
