Had to move this Zoa colony after I chiseled the monti from around the polyps of it.

Finally I took some full length shots today. The fish were really interested in what I was doing lol.

End of update

Have 6x the required filtration for your tank size, get dosing pumps, put on double the needed light for everything, over feed like crazy and never do a water change.
And that's the secret lol
Oh and only buy the colorful corals.

Brilliant!!! Can you describe you describe your filtration setup? Skimmer, macro algae, etc

I have a deep sand bed first of all. An ASM G-3 skimmer (for 300gal tank) and a fuge with a deep sand bed in it and is currently growing chaeto around the clock.
I also have a phosban reactor rated for 150gal running around the clock. A nice sized clean up crew of cerith, nassarious, and Astraea snails. Serpent Star fish. And all the little critters that live in the tank.
Oh and a bubble mangnus dosing pump unit

I traded an old iPod for 130lbs of used dead rock.
I cycled it in a barrel for three months. Bought 10lbs of live rock from the LFS (told them to give me the gnarliest/oldest rock they had) and incorporated those into the scape with the cycled rock to seed it and the tank.
Thanks

Nem moved last night and split today when I was at work.
Now I have two

Tank looks weird now with them under the archway and not up top

They're finally coming back out. Now I just have to wrestle the second one off the rocks and find a buyer.

And last night I realized I had a clam growing on my clam.
Thought that was pretty cool.
