Trimming Mangrove Roots

Child for scale. I just pulled this mangrove out of a system I just broke down. I wanted to stick it in another display but the roots are insanely long. Can I safely trim any? Specifically ones with tiny runners branching off it.

Not sure if you can trim them, but you found yourself a really nice piece! Id trade you my smaller one for that if we were close lol.

Yeah it grew in a nuvo 25 from a pod. Took about 3 years. I kind of let it go wild lol.

Was it in substrate or free hanging in the water?

It was hanging and then eventually made it to the substrate where it spread.
