Trisodium Phosphate solution precipitation

I have a mix of Randy's trisodium phosphate solution which has been sitting for a few months untouched - went to dose it today and noticed some white precipitate has formed on the bottom of the jar. It doesn't seem like it wants to dissolve back in (I've been swirling it); is it still fine to dose from the rest of the solution?

I'm sure it is but wanted to be on the safe side and check! Thanks :)

Did you make the phosphate solution with RODI water?
 
Yes; this was my second time making it and I don't recall seeing any precipitate when it was initially mixed.
If it is not something in water, i can’t even make a guess
