TRITON 26 v2

Setting up my 1st sump in 13yrs and just want to see what the best way is. I have a Trigger Triton 26 v2. I'm looking at a refugium in chamber 1. Skimmer and bio media in chamber 2 with heater and return pump in chamber 3. Refugium will be miracle mud and chaeto or just cheato. Is this overkill on filtering?

The heater is in chamber 2 with skimmer. Sorry typed it wrong.
