Triton 3a solidifying in dosing container

I'm a first time triton core7 user. I mixed the 3a and 3b parts from the cartons with rodi water. The 3b solution is doing its thing. The 3a colution has started to solidify in the container and in the lines. Is there a Triton rep in the states I can talk to about this? I've verified there is no water getting in the lines, as the dosing drip line is about 3" above the water line in the sump. Any thoughts? Not sure how to even clean out the lines now (running through a floor, of course...). Very frustrating.

This is pretty old post, but I am having the same issue. did you ever get a resolution to the problem?
