Burnt tips is most often from elevated alkalinity (say, 9+ dKH) with too low of nutrients (nitrate and/or phosphate).

Have you measured those?

My po4 is at 0.05ppm and no3 at 5pm

6.35 dKH?

You don't often hear of burnt tips at that alkalinity. I'm not sure what the issue could be.
