Hello,

I just received the results of an ICP test from Triton. Everything seems to be as it should be, except I happened to notice that Iodine was low on the scale (9uq) vs 30-90uq recommendation. Reading through threads here, I don't think I need to worry about it, but wanted to check with the larger audience.

Thanks

Some coral like Ricordeas for example do benefit from Iodine.

A lot of reefers dose dose it either by a dedicated supplement, as part of the trace elements or use regular Logul’s Iodine.

You can also feed with Nori, which contains Iodine in it.

But yes, I wouldn’t worry much about it.
