Triton ICP lab now in USA

I was about to say the same thing. I thought is was a typo or error, LOL!!!
I sent the old package out on 1/29/20, received an email on 1/30/20 saying they got it, and on 1/31/20 I received an email saying the results were posted. I thought for sure it was wrong, no way could it have been that fast. Got home just now and checked and sure enough, the results were posted. I am truly shocked and impressed with the speed.

I was truly shocked to be honest, I thought it was an error until I checked today and in fact the results were posted.

I had same experience, fired it off prepaid on weds. arrived Fri. results Mon and early morning at that.

It keeps getting kicked back.

A few days ago I sent a e mail to [email protected] . It also got sent back to me quickly as a "permanent error".

It started working again a couple hours after I sent the email. They got it fixed.

The sample was returned with a label "unable to forward "
By the post office.
Hope that Julian from triton read this and give me some advise or anybody else for that matter.

You must have an old kit. That address changed quite awhile ago. It says so on their site when you register your kit.

The new kits come with prepaid shipping label. They need to replace the toner in the printer though. Reading the label was a bit challenging.
