Triton ICP Print Options

Am I missing something? How do we download or print the Triton test results. I tried "print page", but it doesn't print right. Emailed Triton, but they didn't reply.

This is the response I got from Triton.

Thanks for your email.

Our programmer is working on updating the system with a "SHARE" button. This should be operational within the next few days.

Do you consider that a good response or a lame response?

I have spoken with our Tech Team and unfortunately we are unable to offer a pdf version right now, but they are working on it and it will be available again in future.

The evaluation pages have changed and they have to adapt the PDF document to it. This is not a small task and unfortunately takes time.

Meanwhile they suggest you use the browsers print function. Use a desktop or tablet device for a big screen resolution.

As I mentioned above, the "SHARE" button should be operational in the next day or so.

Printing the page with a browser is terrible! I sure hope the "share" feature provides an acceptable way to print. It seems unbelievable to provide a lab test result without a print option!

The people have spoken!

As I type this post the TRITON Tech Team are working furiously to have the old pdf version for test results re-instated while they take the time to upgrade the new pdf page to include all of the new information and format.

I'm in my 2nd day of corrective dosing my tank based on my Triton lab results. Their website is down, so I can't access the instructions I'm supposed to follow. Very frustrating! The test costs a good chunk of money. Make sure the results are available to be seen. If you're going to take down your website, send out a message in advance. I downloaded my results previously, but of course, it only includes the test numbers and not the dosing instructions. Maybe make it so when you download your results it includes the dosing instructions as well.

Yes, the website went down overnight. Our Tech Team is investigating the issue and expect that it will be resolved promptly. We appreciate your understanding and patience for the next few hours. I will notify you as soon as it is again operational.

Ok, thanks. I tried emailing the triton website about it and my email was denied as spam! ;-) Just glad you guys know about it. Looking forward to finishing my trace elements baseline adjustment doses.
