Triton ICP....results?

Anyone know a solid contact email for the ICP testing portion of Triton?

My test results are long overdue and the contact email I tried bounced back.

Yes, just after Christmas (12/28)

I have only sent in one so far but from what I have heard from others its two weeks from receipt of the test kit itself.
Longer depending on where you are in the world.
They ship out of Los Angeles to Germany once a week only on Fridays I was told several months back.
Plus with the shipping hassles of the holidays who knows.
But if you have a email they received the kit on the 28th it has not been two weeks yet, Might see the results the end of this week?

As far as the bounce back on the email I have no clue.

i tried another email I found on their site and I got an answer within the hour and my results posted shortly thereafter.

Kudos to customer service, however it’s pretty obvious the results were available just not logged.

They were closed for a full week between Christmas and New Years. Between that and I suspect, a backlog, it took much longer than normal.
