Triton ICP testing cust service

Has anyone had bad luck recently with Triton? I’ve historically had good luck with them- quick to answer questions, quick turnaround on results, etc etc. Maybe this is a one off situation, but can barely get an email back about a test they’ve received over a week ago… thinkin they lost it, but couldn’t tell ya.

I’m not trying to put anyone on blast here, just wondering if it’s just bad luck on this test for me…

Unsure if it's just a US problem; response time and time for testing is still great over here in the UK.
