I don't put a lot of faith in a single report and I don't do the Triton method at all but I do find the ICP testing as interesting and ok for long term tracking. Like doing one every few months.

Yea, I like to keep things simple, Kalk, water changes, good carbon, some GFO if needed, and I add a little vinegar/sugar mix for additional carbon source.
