Triton question

I mailed a Triton sample on 8/10 and when I log on to my account it says "There is an unfinished bar code. Please wait till it arrives with us."

Does that mean they have still not received it? I knew I should have kept my USPS tracking number. Is there any way to retrieve it?

Yes the message you see means it hasn’t been received yet.

I would worry quite yet. Twice I’ve not been notified when it is received in California, I only get the received in Germany message. And the next day I get the analysis.

I pay for priority mail each time so it’s only 2 days to California. My analysis takes up to 11 days to get results and the times seems to be getting longer recently.

I had a similar delay in results this month. I got an email from Triton saying there's a problem with the California location that we all ship our samples to for mass shipping to the lab.

I've notified them that mine is lost and expect a response early next week. Fingers crossed.
