Got my results back today, any feedback is appreciated!

That's obviously the source of the elevated lanthanum. Seeing any is fairly unusual. I don't remember ever seeing it in a Triton test. I do not know if it is an issue or not.

I'm not sure where the tin (Sn) is coming from, and folks that have it often do not know the source.

Nothing else seems especially problematic.

Do you use tap water or dose silicate?

I have a 5 stage spectrapure with silicate buster. I just ordered replacement di for it. I don't dose silicate but wondered if I had it since I get a few diatoms/cyano on occasion.

Is the RO/DI water reading 0 ppm TDS?
 
Unless you have a bad diatom problem, I wouldn't worry. It might not even be accurate. I've seen a few super high silicate redings and no apparent cause.
This is how the aquarium looks, cleaned a week ago, at that time I had to brush off some dark stuff on the back rocks and vacuumed gravel.
