Triton users, how often do you test?

Hey Triton guys, how often do you guys send off your tests? I'm not a current triton user, but I'm thinking about starting to monitor my tank with the test system anyway. I'll add a poll at the top for you guys to vote with.

For those who test reasonably frequently and who also dose specific trace elements to some level, I'd be interested in hearing what your experiences are with how fast certain trace elements deplete in your system. Things like vanadium, molybdenum, manganese, etc.
