TRM-1 Triple TDS

Hey all, got an old BRS ROdi unit up and running again for my new tank after a move. New TDS meter, probes and filters..

Before calibration, my incoming TDS strait from the tap was 16, after it is 3-0... Is it possible to have such low incoming TDS from city water? After membrane is 0, after DI is 0.. My old house was around 340 incoming..

Mine runs 25-50 when I test it.
I would question tds of 3 from the city. I. Following as I have never heard of anything that low.
