I noticed that one of my trochus snail is releasing a white milky substance and it made my water very cloudy. Should I pull it out? The only change I did for the past 2 weeks in dosed 2 mL of NoPox yesterday.

It pulled out... snails getting freaky.

Check my previous posts I caught it on video... sign of a healthy environment in your tank.

Good to know. I just got through a diatom bloom two weeks ago and my rocks are just starting to turn brown/green. No signs of hair algae and I didn't get any cyano bloom.

I had the same thing happen a few times. Now I have hundreds of baby trochus snails all over the rocks. Literally, hundreds. Growing fast. Pic below is just a small sample rock for the pic.

I have trochus snails in my tank from the size of a BB to full grown. This is what it looked like in my tank.

Old post, but I just saw one of mine do this, much less than the video above.
At least I know something is going right instead of wrong.
Will this trigger others to release their seed too?

I saw a similar thing tonight and had the same question, great to get a quick answer and know that this is mostly a good thing.

Those of you who had baby snails in your tank, did you end up selling them?
