Tropical saltwater ?

This may be a dumb question ? but I was wondering if it's possible to put water into a tank like the photo ? I love the color of the tropical water and thought it would look cool in a tank.

As one who has used "tropical saltwater", I can assure you that once it's in a glass box, it's clear.

It's only that alluring aquamarine color when there's a _whole_lot_ of it.

Just a thought. If you really want that color you could try putting teal led strips at the back bottom of your aquarium and see if that shines through or highlights your aquarium water like you want.

You can use saltwater from ocean but it will be clear and not the blue green tint u want.
