Trouble "algae" I'd please

This started on a few rocks and after accidental feeding spread everywhere. Have tried water changes, increased Alk, adding carbon. Amount less, but still a problem. Was hoping learn what it was so I can attack appropriately.

I have not had the chance to id this particular algae or bacteria

I would say it looks more like bacteria than algae to me. Also possibly dinoflagellates.

That's what I was thinking but the blue lighting is covering up the true color of it.

I would lean towards bacteria rather than algae but its really hard to tell. Can you post up some still pics with just white lights on?

Well, I'm not sure but it gives all indications.
Just like to see the test results to be sure.
With a lot of bac's the chance that K is lacking is a possibility.
