Trouble gluing rockscape in the tank

I have a rockscape that I like in the tank after some playing around. I'm trying to glue them together but it doesn't seem like it's doing anything while I try to squirt the little gel tubes into available holes between the rocks.

I think I'll need to take them all out and glue them that way. Should I keep trying to use gel or should I buy some kind of epoxy?

you can gel super glue touch points for some extra stick and then epoxy over the points right in the tank. You many need some extra epoxy to do it wet and epoxy won't be as strong as mortaring together dry rock but if you can't or don't want to remove them it can be done as long as your not building gravity defying structures.
