Trouble logging on to the Triton site

Am I the only one that has trouble with the password? I enter in my PW and when I hit submit it adds like 10 more characters and says it's the incorrect PW. I habe tried from my phone chrome and explorer?

It's a security feature. Just enter your info and hit enter

Thanks I figured it out and I am a dunny....I was using my email as the login name!
