Trouble palmers blue millepora

Having trouble with my palmers to turn blue it is a brownish purple color all he polyps are extended so I know it's alive but it won't get color. It is in a medium light medium flow area as I was directed to. I have 2 banks of 165watt LEDs and a 4 foot bank of t5 yellow bulbs. Anybody have any suggestions? Having the same trouble with a Hawkins price of coral.
