Go to reef central and click on sponsors then scroll down unroll you find Neptune systems there you should find contact info.

What are you having trouble with? I use this App with no issues. My settings look like this (for inside my network use right now)

Enter a Title for this controller: Bryan's 220
Enter a URL for this controller: http://192.168.1.105:8080 - (default is 80, I changed mine to 8080)
Enter a username for this controller: admin
Enter a password for this controller: password
Enter a widget update interval in minutes: 15

yes i can do it from my computer....thats how i program my unit....then when i hit activate it says The application Apex(process org dvrc.apex) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again

ahh...the application is locking up on your as a whole. I see.

Trying uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Try looking through the comments and see if other people that have the same phone are having the same issue. Mine is working fine on a Droid X

Works fine on my Evo which is essentially the same as the thunderbolt, so I doubt that's the source of your problem. Do you have port forwarding set up properly? You need to be able to connect to it from outside your local network for the app to work unless the phone is connected to your local network via wifi. When my port forwarding wasn't set up correctly, I had the same issue with the app. It would tell me that the http connection failed and then it would force closed.

You'll have to go into your router settings and set up port forwarding for whatever port the apex is on. It's different on every router and a bit of a pain to get working properly. I had to have my brother in law help me because I'm not an IT guy

You don't have to have it port forwarded if I remember correctly. You just have to have the apex set up for external network access. Yes, some people will have to port forward to accomplish this but not all.

Is the apex set up such that you can go to any other computer outside of your home and access it?
