Hi Folks,

I am trying to keep my frags in place. I am using Gorilla Glue Gel which according to my reading is appropriate for gluing in the tank, the issue is, the glue sort of takes for a few days or couple of weeks then eventually it falls over because of random flow. I've tried to move my flow generation around but it just inevitably happens from time to time.

Is there something I am doing wrong?

Thanks

your flow might be too high.

I have an Jebao SOW-3 in a Fluval 13.5 Evo. I can barely feel the flow at the other of the tank. It does move the substrate around tho. I guess I'll turn it down. Thx

I don't know how you do it, but I put a big glob of glue on the bottom of the frag, and I turn it upside down when entering the water (to keep the glob shape), then place the frag and twist to break the glob of glue, push down, and hold for 5 seconds.

I just use the cheap dollar store glue gel, but I've used gorilla glue in the past, it should work.

Buy a stick of coral epoxy.

Tiny dot of superglue on the bottom of the frag plug, then a pea sized piece of thoroughly mixed epoxy, then another tiny spot of superglue.

It won’t fall off.
