I think you’re lighting is the issue. For starters you’re spot lighting/led burning the HW with the light being so close to the water. If you can’t upgrade your lighting soon, I think you should raise the lights to 12” above the water and increase your photoperiod to 14 hours. 1 hour ramps and 12 hour peak. The new height will reduce the par a little but the new photoperiod will make up for that and will provide a better quality of light.
If you’re using gfo or any other phosphate absorbing media stop that too. Acro frags do much better with po4 in 0.08-0.20 range in my experience.
