Trouble with Phosphate

I have a 180 gal clown fish Harem tank with 40 clownfish and 12 Anemones Now my problem
is with Phosphate check it yesterday .13 check today .23 I am running GFO and Algae scrubber. I change the GFO Monday.
Just did a 50 gal water change Monday . any ideas thx,

Did you just start testing for phosphate? I don’t think those readings are accurate 24h apart. Are you having any actual problems with the tank, outside of the two reported PO4 results?
