Trouble with Red Lined Wrasse in QT/TTM

So I got a Red Lined Wrasse last week from an online retailer, and it came in great shape. I did the TTM with him and through three rounds everything was going smoothly. Last night I moved him to the 4th tank just as before, but when I checked on him this morning, he was swimming in an S shape, but could still straighten out for a bit before returning to an S... just not acting the same. The tank last night I checked was the same as the one before both in salinity and Temp. The only difference was the salt mix- I was using IO for the first three, but for this one i used some premixed salt water that I use for my DT- Tropic Marin Pro Reef. The only other thing I can say is that I had to gently sift him out of the bowl of sand I had in the previous tank because he was sleeping to move him.

I held off adding the Prazi-Pro i was going to add because he was doing this.

So my question is, could it be the different salt? Or could this be trauma? Frustrating to get through 75% of the TTM without a hitch...

Could be an internal parasite or a spinal injury. Can you upload a video of the behavior?

I doubt the salt mix change has much to do with it.

I didn't think it could be the mix, but anything's possible I guess. My thought was a spinal injury as well, since I do have a glass top to the aquarium its in. The transfer went pretty well, especially since he was resting in the sand and I basically poured the sand into the plastic colander and gently sifted everything out. If it is an injury, he is able to straighten himself out again as he swims so hopefully its not permanent. For an internal parasite, anything you suggest? I've already dosed Prazi-Pro once for 72 hours in the second tank.

So an update- it appears the behavior, as severe as it looked, might have been a wrasse fake-out. Went home at lunch and he wasn’t doing it anymore, and ate food as well. Must have been stress related, thankfully.
New question is, I didn’t dose Prazi-Pro yet in this tank (transfer tank #4). Should I hold off and complete TTM then observe in QT or dose with about 50 hours left in this tank?
