Troubleshooting kessil help

Hey guys, I need tips on troubleshooting my kessil. It's an a360 w-e two and a half years old and it randomly shut off Saturday afternoon. I've blown out all the dust I could find, I've checked all the cords and plug ins, I've checked the voltage with a volt meter, I've hooked the light up to an alternate power source, tried plugging it directly into the wall. Nothing is working and I can't figure out what is wrong or if it is even salvageable. I don't know how to take it apart to inspect the inside nor do I really feel confident doing that. I emailed and called kessil support Sunday and have gotten no response from them at all. My corals have been without light going on three days and I don't know how long I have until I need a solution in place.

Unless you are really good with electronics, there's nothing user serviceable inside the light. Sounds like some component blew. I have had that happen a couple of times. Kessil are pretty good about responding during business hours. Generally, for an out of warranty light, they will offer you a replacement at a discount.
