True actinic LED setting

How would you configure your LED fixture to reproduce an ATI true actinic bulb? Is it a combo of RB and Blue or RB and UV? Or a different combo??? Thanks

In order to even come close we would need to know which type of LED fixture you have. Many LED's won't be able to get close.

Yes...

First violet not UV really..

Green and 350 are err.. "artifacts" of mercury/metals emission lines..

Depends on your LED peak wavelengths..

Pretty much this the first step.

But...

This is the blurb on their website about the true atinic bulb.

" Produces a violet-blue light that is designed to maximize fluorescence in capable corals and make livestock colors pop. Color spectrum peaks at 421nm. Usually just one per fixture is used to add additional fluorescence to the system."

Most atinic only LEDs are set to run in the 453nm range. Fairly close but obviously lacking some of the lower near UV range.
