My situation earlier this week... what a beautiful sunrise..... AND I WAS ABLE TO SEE THE LARGEST PROTEIN SKIMMER EVER CREATED LOL

Real nice .... no I wish I lived on the coast marine supplies are must cheaper.... I live in an area where there are not many hobbist so the stores price punch people...it will catch up to them in the end though... I'm having luck studying ocean behavior rather than rushing to buy the most current fads in the hobby...just saying
 
The skimmage is not even dark.....whoever creates the tank must have it run with low bio load :-)

If thar is the case we should all break down our tanks and just run salt in a circle if we are going to compare the ocean to the hobby on that level... you want to be the first the run just saltwater lol....jj enjoy your day...I am

:-) seriously. If we keep the same bio load Rio with the ocean, all the tanks would all be empty!

People recommend 10 gallon of water per inch of fish. I have never seen a reef with that or better ratio :-) and I have seen a lot of tanks btw.
