True or false ammonia reading?

I am in the process of quarantine 5 fish in a 50GL tank and currently running Cupramine at 0.3 ppm. All fish seem happy and eating well. I used a Eheim canister classic 300 with sponges that has been in my sump for months and added Dr. Tim and AF BioS daily. I also feed lightly. Today I use a Sera NH3/ NH4 test found thr result at 1 ppm! I retest with Seachem Ammonia test and the free ammonia test shows zero while the total ammonia test shows 0.15ppm. I also used a reference test to confirm the test kit’s result. Should I be worried?

The copper will mess with your test. That’s why people use the Seachem badges in QT. There’s a sticky somewhere that says which tests will still work, if memory serves
